I ordered two sets of tips and received tracking information, as expected. When the package arrived, only a single set was contained.
I contacted customer support and was told (the following day) that the shipment was split and another package was scheduled to arrive (which it did).
If the order is split, why aren’t the tracking numbers sent on the despatch email. Or, at the very least make the customer aware that their order is arriving in multiple deliveries.
This is the 2nd time this happened this year. I have suggested to Comply that they update their despatch emails, but they do not seem that concerned.
I wonder how many customers are contacting their support thinking that their delivery is incomplete?
