Isolation Series - 200 Core Memory Foam Earbud Tips

I selected the correct size for my shure 215's. I was sent the wrong item, luckily they fitted my KS ZS10s. They seem to work well, certainly seal better than the ones that came with the in ears.
I emailed comply regarding the incorrect order but never got a response so I'm not entirely sure I'll be using them again.

Good quality with valuable price and fast delivery.

I ordered two sets of tips and received tracking information, as expected. When the package arrived, only a single set was contained.

I contacted customer support and was told (the following day) that the shipment was split and another package was scheduled to arrive (which it did).

If the order is split, why aren’t the tracking numbers sent on the despatch email. Or, at the very least make the customer aware that their order is arriving in multiple deliveries.

This is the 2nd time this happened this year. I have suggested to Comply that they update their despatch emails, but they do not seem that concerned.

I wonder how many customers are contacting their support thinking that their delivery is incomplete?
