How can I stop my earbuds from falling out?

To achieve the best fit and seal, we suggest rolling the tip between your thumb and forefinger to compress the foam before inserting it in your ear. Using your other hand, pull your ear back as this helps straighten out the ear canal allowing for a deeper insertion. Once in the ear, hold a finger to the end of the earphone, try counting to 15, to keep everything in place for a moment while the foam expands to conform to your ear canal. If you haven’t already been doing this, give it a try. It’s a simple thing, but it can make a big difference.

What size Comply ear tips should I buy?

We usually tell customers to use the same size Comply tip as you would with silicone tips. Size will make a difference in retention and noise reduction. However, since our foam tips are compressible to insert and then expand in your ear, we have found that the medium size fits most users comfortably.

All purchases for single size packs from our website are backed by our Guaranteed Fit Program. If you have any issues with the size, let us know and we will provide you a store credit for you to use on the correct size.

How do I install Comply ear tips?

Hold the ear tip, align the open end of the flexible core with your device’s soundport, and firmly push the tip on until it is fully seated.

Some devices require more pressure than others, so make sure the tip is securely attached before use. Once installed, compress the foam before inserting it into your ear and allow it to expand for a secure, comfortable fit.

How do I clean my Comply ear tips?

Occasionally cleaning the tips will have a positive effect on their lifespan (about once a month). This can be done with a soft washcloth and water. Dampen the wash cloth and wipe the tips clean. Allow them to air dry before your next use.

Never use soap as the detergent in even the mildest of them will break down the foam. Do not handle immediately after applying lotions or hand sanitizes. Beyond this, we usually advise the general care of your ears and your listening device (clean ears, nice storage pouch or case, no excessive heat or cold) are sufficient care for your tips.

What if I don't like them? Can I return them?

We want you to be satisfied with your Comply Foam products and we will ensure you have tips that work for you.

How long should my Comply ear tips last?

For peak performance, we do recommend changing to new tips every 2-3 months - though this can vary based on usage. MAX users can expect roughly double this timeframe. A three pair package of TrueGrip tips will last most users around 9 months.

To prevent early tearing or disintegration of the tips, make sure you prep the tip before each use. This involves gently rolling the tips down between your thumb and pointer finger before insertion. Well, i really like, that i can eat, speak, yawn aso. and the earbuds are bot falling off. And luckily the S size fits in myear. For picture samle could not remove tips from buds. Was afraid of breaking them. Foam tips are much larger than silicone obes. With s size it is tight fit in the case. But i would still buy another pair if neede.

They fit and make a good seal

I bought a pair for my Nothing Ear (a). I'm using size L from Comply, and on the original tips of every other earbuds I've had. The only buds that have had success with before are the Jabra Active/Elite 7, I believe the tips on these ones have very thin silicone tips that CAN give a good seal for some. Nothing Ear (a) was more hit and miss before getting tips from Comply.

Firm fit and good seal even when sweating. I've had mixed experiences with other memory foam tips that kind of work their way out of my ears with movement/chewing/talking. Comply tips stayed in place the whole time. They fit in the charging crib even though they look a tad bigger than the original tips.

Best earbuds ever

I have Oneplus Buds, factorybuds will not stay on ear.
Complyfoam is like glued, exept it is easy to remove.
Sound is so much better and i do not need to afraid that buds drop off. I can now use my Oneplus in the gym.

Delivered a great product as promised

They provide a much better sound seal, allowing the noise cancellation to do a superior job. The only thing I could ask for( in addition to what they provided) , I wish they were a little longer. If they were longer, they would fit further into my ears and stay even better. This may be something to think about in the next generation.

great bud tips

honestly, these really are great, after you get a good fit, which takes a little doing, some people say roll them or squeeze them first and then let them adjust, and they say that the heat in your ears will make them expand, well, I found that you have to wait a couple of minutes for that to happen, so I put them in my ears and did the earbud fit test from my app, at first, right after you put them in, it might show average fit, if you wait a little and keep working them in a little more, it always shows a good fit, just takes a little practice, and perhaps they do start to conform to your ear canal shape, anyway, when they're in and you're walking around they don't move they don't shake, the original tips on my earbuds always moved a little even though they were large and fit okay, these are large that I'm using, and they don't shake or move around, maybe when it's really hot if your ears sweat a little they might move around a little, I just ordered the true grip Max to see if they're any better, hope so, I recommend these tips, as far as the sound, the ANC is working better, and I don't think there's any noticeable difference in sound, again, a good purchase, although buying the small medium large pack I ended up with large as I expected, I have small and medium that I can't use, oh well...
