Very good (with caveats) but will purchase again

I have used Comply foam tips on and off for about a decade across various earbuds, and I have used these specific tips for about a year, having just installed my 7th set.

The good:
- Better noise isolation than the stock Sony tips. You can't beat the foam seal.
- When fresh, these stay seated in my ears far better than the stock tips. Even when eating or shaking my head around, I'm generally not worried about them falling out.
- Excellent customer service. I had no trouble getting a set of replacement tips when I discovered my usual size was too big.
- The new packaging is sturdy and protective, and the brush is a novel addition, though I find a soft cloth is a bit more effective at cleaning since it can more easily remove grease along with wax and dust.

The not so good:
- The tips are a bit shallow for my ears, which leads to frequent adjustments and occasional falling out after a few weeks of regular use. I personally think a less tapered tip could help with the fit, but I assume that decision was made in part due to limitations with the charging case.
- These have a very tight connection to the earbud, which is great for the isolating seal, but makes it difficult to install without greatly compressing the foam and effectively losing 2-3 weeks' worth of useful life. I would love to have an applicator, possibly just a 3D print file, that would focus pressure on the inner hard plastic cylinder, rather than having to detrimentally compress the foam and shorten their lifespan.
- There have been a few times where I thought the tip was fully flush on the earbud, but it wasn't and the earbud ended up falling out, leaving just the tip in my ear. This meant I, again, had to roughly compress the foam to reinstall it.

All that said, I do plan to purchase these again as the benefits outweigh the downsides. It's a quality product, even if it's not perfect.

Comply will roll out the red carpet to ensure you find the right fit for your style of headset. In my case i had the stock Sony XM5 tips and wanted to get the right size. Comply support was very helpful assisting me with this, and I found that the Mediums were the ticket. (They will compare to the Sony stock Large) The packaging is very slick too. Nice little box with a magnet lid and a brush for dusting off your tips if needed. The sound playback is so much better too. Seals the ears for ANC and also are super comfy for long durations. Comply knocked this out of the ballpark again. Highly recommended. 5 Stars all day long.

Great material, but not large enough

The large size falls out of my ear. The foam is high quality, they are comfortable, and they get me by, but they do not fit properly and need to be readjusted often. Smaller ears will be happy.

True grip max Sony wf1000xm6 works!!

They were right. These are better than the stock tips in a variety of ways, including noise isolation and active noise cancelling. They are super comfortable, and hold shape for quite a while. I would recommend replacing once every 3 months or so, however I had a pair on my xm4's that lasted forever and I had to finally just throw them out. These can't be beat.
